Baja Tacos in Santa Fe

Very good local place with fresh ingredients. People were nice and prices are good.

It seems like when restaurants get bigger they lose the quality of their food, the meat was salty on the tacos, and they could not wrap a burrito, do I recommend it compared to a food truck? Probably not due to the fact that food trucks have a reputation of quality over quantity! Is it better than Taco Bell? Yes it is.

Best Taquitos on the planet, and their red and green chile are fantastic and unique in flavor to them. Their bacon roll with hash browns is a fantastic breakfast burrito.

Tasty, tasty, tasty!!! Fish tacos! Shrimp burrito!! Grn Chile chez burgers!! 4-very meaty tacos for $5 ..you can't go wrong, but definitely get extra salsa. I've had everything and it's all very tasty... Can't wait to go back!!

The chicken taquitos were better than the beef and they were just okay. The guacamole was very watery, and the salsa was edible. It seems like they used to be better.

A Santa Fe mainstay, Baja Tacos makes great burritos. The pulled beef is fresh, pulled by hand and grilled by a friendly cook who gives the meat a seared, crispy finish. Fast staff. Free refills.

LARGE Frito pie.NO Cheese

People are nice, but food is cheap. I got nachos, and they don't believe in lettuce or tomato. It's a bunch of chips, ground beef, jalapenos and nacho cheese sauce. Taco Bell makes a better nacho! 2 stars for the people, 0 stars for the food

Hands down the BEST BREAKFAST BURRITOS. Some times it takes a little longer because of the line of the cars they have in the drive thru, but overall great customer service and awesome food.

Great NM food. Excellent prices, very friendly people. Note, they have moved across the street near the Smith's grocery store. Now you can sit inside if you want. Another locals favorite.

The only place to eat in FE! food was excellent! Came out hot and fresh! I have an egg and chicken allergy, yet this is a must stop! I don't get sick from cross contamination, regardless of the time of day I eat here! The prices are fantastic!

Somewhere between school lunch and minor league baseball resides the cuisine of the newly relocated Baja Tacos. Counter service. Friendly staff. Ordered chicken tacos, fish tacos and nachos. Fifteen minutes for food preparation. Tacos were hard shell. Chicken was ok. I’d never met a fish taco I didn’t like before until Baja. Shredded fish with sparse, unidentifiable seasoning. No fishy flavor or odor, so that was nice, I guess. The nachos were slathered in Sysco style, ever liquid cheese. Chips instantly soggy. Served in styrofoam even dine in, I suppose, because that cheese is going to sog through any sort of paper product. I’m baffled by the good reviews. My Anglo mom made way better tacos, I’m talking flavor packet style, as a kid than what I had for lunch yesterday.

I absolutely LOVE this place. They have great burritos and tacos, but be advised they are juicy. Some people might not like them for being a little greasy/moist, but you just eat em fresh, and they are A+. I am so glad they moved to a proper location where you can sit down indoors, as taking their food home often left you with soggy food.Pretty much anything on the menu is good except for the nachos. Their nachos kinda suck, and possibly uniquely have TOO MUCH MEAT, not enough cheese and chips.

There wasn't any wait at all! Not in line or for food! I placed my order and was eating within 3min....LITERALLY! Plus, food was delicious just as service was excellent!

So glad they moved to a bigger location, it's not to far from the old place. Now they have indoor seating, they did lose their outdoor space. I'd much rather sit inside. Still the same food! If you have had it you know. If not give it a shot. There's more parking and its easier to get in and out of. Definitely a 1000% upgrade.

It was my first time to eat at Baja tacos new location today. The food was great as well as the service. I gave it four because the flies were terrible inside the dining-room. I had the cheese enchilada plate with red and green and it was good.

Needed a little salt, but otherwise pretty good. They have a good variety of vegetarian options, which isn't common for a fast food place. I'll be eating here again.

I don't know what's happened to this place in the past recent months since they moved to their new location but every time I order from there from month-to-month, week-to-week, day to day and time my order is always wrong. I will not be ordering from there anymore and I will not be recommending anybody to order from there as well. I used to love this place and the people. It's just terrible now.....too bad.....goodbye Baja we had a good run....

I ordered the 1lb. Burger combo and I have to say it was awesome! One of the best burgers in town!! My wife ordered the chicken tacos and she was extremely pleased. We are locals and Baja Tacos will be a frequent stop for us. Highly recommended.
